Rosneft obtains a 184.4 billion RUR credit from Gazprombank

Rosneft borrowed 184.4 billion RUR credit from Gazprombank, the company reports.
The agreement was signed on March 18 and the transaction was approved at the annual meeting of the shareholders of Rosneft on June 20, 2012. The shareholders approved borrowing of short-term credits from Gazprombank in the framework of the general agreement about the order of credit transactions conclusion as well as borrowing of long-term credits in RUR, USD or EUR at the total amount of 320.7 billion RUR, RIA News reports.
