Gas contract between Russia and the Ukraine can’t be terminated by Court – Azarov

The existing gas contract of Gazprom and Naftogas doesn’t contain any legal grounds that would allow to terminate it at Court, the Prime Minister of the Ukraine, N. Azarov, said.
We would have done it long ago (filed a claim to the Court) if there had been a way, he said.
He says sometimes he wants to tear the gas contract to pieces, however, he understands what the consequences of that can be.
