The deal on purchase of 50% of BP-TNK’s shares by Rosneft may be concluded on March 21, 2013.
Let’s recall that on March 8, 2013 the EC approved the merger of the Russian state oil company Rosneft and BP-TNK. In fact, the EC didn’t have any variants.
