By 2030, Russia will annually extract up to 70 million tons of hard-extractable oil

By 2030, Russia will annually extract up to 1.4 million barrels a day or 70 million tons a year of hard to extract oil, the Vice President of BP Russia V. Drebentsov says at the National oil and gas forum, compared to the current level 10.2-10.4 million barrels a day. In 2012, Russia produced 518 million tons of oil.
