Four oil refineries fall behind on the upgrading schedule

The Ministry of Energy has corrected the forecast about the dates of reconstruction of the objects of the Russian oil refineries. Four oil refineries fall into ‘the risky zone’, being behind of upgrading schedule. They are Afipsky, Mariysky, Syzran and Ryazan oil refineries. The others are on schedule.
