Bashneft has started the consolidation of petrochemical assets, the company reported after the meeting of the Board of Directors. “The Bashneft’s Board of Directors made a number of decisions at the conference in absence on February 18, 2013, connected with the start of the petrochemical assets consolidation within the framework of the United petrochemical company (ONK),” – the report says.
