Rosneft appoints vice-president in charge of oil processing.
A.Romanov has been appointed vice-president in charge of oil processing at Rosneft. Earlier, he worked at an oil company Alliance of E.Khudainatov.
At present, Rosneft takes time and does not make an official statement. Spokesmen for the company give no comments.
