The Deputy Chairman of the EC urges the Russian Federation to discuss the consequences of "South Stream" cancellation.

The European Commission, puzzled by the ultimatum of CEO "Gazprom" Alexey Miller, calls on Russia to take the time with the new "Turkish Stream" project, but to negotiate for a start. But the Russian side has not yet confirmed its participation in these meetings, the RF Ministry of Energy expects the EU official invitation, RBK daily writes.

The European Commission intended to discuss Russia's refusal to build the "South Stream" and the new project, called "Turkish stream", Maroš Šefčovič, the deputy chairman of European Commission (EC) on the Energy Union stated in an interview with RBK.
