Tatneft offers Government to stimulate processing of high-sulphur heavy oil

Tatneft gas submitted a proposal on the stimulation of high-sulphur heavy oil processing, as well as on the deepening of the processing of “black gold” to the Russian Ministry of Energy, Tatneft’s General Director, Nail Maganov reported. According to him, these proposals are being estimated at the Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance.
