UC Rusal will return to Russia

UC Rusal has elaborated the plan of gradual transition of financial and economy operations to Russia, the PR manager of the company O. Sanarova says. The President Putin suggested in his letter to the Parliament several measures for de-offshorization of economy. In particular, income of the offshore-registered company belonging to the Russian owners should be charged with taxes by the RF taxation in favor of the Russian budget. The offshore companies won’t be able to use state supporting measures including the credits of VEB and state guarantees.
