Rosneft to pay 28 billion rubles for design of Eastern petrochemical complex project

Rosneft is ready to pay 27.7 billion rubles for design of the Eastern petrochemical complex (VNKhK) project.
According to tender’s conditions, the works include design of units of the oil treatment first and second lines, off-plant facilities, including water supply and water disposal facilities, land use engineering and defense against underflood, external infrastructure facilities, including sea terminal in the Vostok Bay, etc.
