The problem of Russian coal sales at the external markets cannot  always be sold at the governmental level, the President V. Putin says answering to the question of the Kemerovo journalist. The latter tells that the region has stored triple coal volume. At the same time, the trains are not properly engaged with these reserves exports in the eastern direction. Mr. Putin says that one of the problems in the issue is insufficient transporting capacity of BAM and Transsib routes. Another problem is stagnation of the markets.
