The Federal Property Management Agency prepares to sell government’s stake of Inter RAO UES to Rosneftegaz

The Federal Property Management Agency has prepared a draft solution on privatization of the government’s stake in the amount of 13.76% of Inter RAO UES’ shares in favor of Rosneftegaz.
“We submit it to the Government,” – the Agency’s Head Olga Dergunova said to journalists.
Answering for the question if privatization of the government’s stake of Inter RAO UES for Rosneftegaz’s benefit is planned, Dergunova said: “yes, of course”.
