Sergey Mikhailov, a member of Lukoil Board of Directors the continues the enlargement of his share in the company and has purchased again 3,100 stocks of the company for 5 million roubles. As a result, his share in Lukoil's authorized capital has risen from 0.0608% to 0.0621%. Mr. Mikhailov regularly executes operations with his shareholding. Lately, on December 13 and 14, he bought 6,289 stocks for 9.999 million roubles and 6,211 stocks for 9.999 million roubles. He bought 5,548 stocks for 9.493 million roubles on October 19, 6,450 stocks for 9.991 million roubles on October 7, 6,330 stocks for 10.001 million roubles on October 4, and 6,500 stocks and 6,230 stocks for 20.47 million roubles on October 2 and September 28. He bought 5,400 stocks and 5,779 stocks for 17.929 million roubles in September, 32,253 stocks for 56.587 million roubles on June 16, 17,114 stocks for 30.168 million roubles on June 8, and 34,537 stocks for 60.797 million roubles on May 30. Last year Mr. Mikhailov sold and purchased his stocks.
Lukoil's authorized capital is 21.26 million roubles divided to equities with face value of 0.025 roubles. The president of Lukoil V. Alekperov is both directly and indirectly the holder of 20.6%, and the Vice President L. Fedun holds 9.3%.
In 2010 Lukoil raised net profit by 28.5% to $9.006 billion by US GAAP, and by three times to 140.037 billion roubles by RAS. Oil production declined by 1.7% to 95.99 million tons then. Trade gas output rose by 24.5% to 18.55 billion cubic m.
