Gazprom: Stavitsky tells lies, there are no arrangements about Ukrainian debt

Gazprom and Ukraine reached no arrangements about the installments to pay the debt of $1.3 billion for the gas delivered in August 2013, the representative of Gazprom, S. Kupriyanov said on November 18th.
“We have signed no installment documents with the Ukraine. Gazprom states, the debt of the Ukraine to the company makes up $1.3 billion”, he claimed.
As told by Kupriyanov, Gazprom didn’t any change to the gas price for the Ukraine.
