The Federal Tariff Service plans to change tariffs for Rosneft on supplies to the Tuapse refinery and China

Next week, the Federal Tariff Service plans to make a decision on the decrease of the tariff rate for oil supplies to the Rosneft’s Tuapse refinery and on its increase - for oil supplies via the ESPO’s branch to China, the Chief of the FTS’s Department for Gas and Oil Industries Regulation, Denis Volkov reported to journalists.
“Next week, we are going to agree the two tariffs concerning Rosneft,” – Volkov said on the margins of the forum “Gas of Russia-2013”.
