Bashneft will carry out IPO on the London Stock Exchange before the end of 2014.
The documents are to be completed before the autumn 2014.
According to specialists, Bashneft has a good environment and high financial performances. It could gather a good pool of investors. The capitalization of Bashneft could make up 407 billion roubles.
But there are also problems, which must be solved before entering the exchange.
