Minority shareholder of Bachneft to wait till October

Yesterday, the Moscow Commercial Court announced its consideration of the merits of the claim of Bashneft’s minority shareholder Railya Inozemtseva on license for Trebs and Titov fields will be announced on October 30th. In July, the shareholder asked to annul the reissue of the license for the field from the company to its joint venture with Lukoil - Bashneft' Polyus, the Kommersant reports.

Also yesterday, the court refused Bashneft in a number of applications - on the termination of the proceedings, on allocation of some requirements and their subsequent transfer to courts in Bashkiria, where it is registered.
