Lukoil does not expect the decline in Russian oil production in 2015. The company has stabilized its production in the state, the chief of the company V. Alekperov says.
Lukoil as well as many other Russian companies fell under the western sanctions. In particular, on September 12th, the EU prohibited to the European companies to provide their Russian partners with services for exploration and production of deep-water and Arctic oil, and those for shale oil projects.
