The Ministry of Energy of Russia hasn’t received the draf of the intergovernmental agreement on Turkish Stream as yet.
It was previously reported that Russia agreed with the offer of Turkey to initially sign the intergovernmental agreements not for 4 but 1 branch of Turkish Stream.
Gazprom plans to construct 4 branches of Turkish Stream.
