“Power Machines” has shipped condenser to the construction site of Belarus nuclear power plant

​“Power Machines” has shipped a condenser for the first energy block to the construction site of the Belarus nuclear power plant. 81 trips were made in the process of delivery of the equipment with the weight of over 2 thousand tons from Saint-Petersburg to the Grodnensky region of Belarus.

The contract for the production of the main equipment of the machinery shop was signed in 2012. In conformity with its conditions “Power Machines” will produce and ship 2 turbine units, including high speed steam turbines with the capacity of 1,200 mW each, condensers and equipment of the auxiliary systems. The specialists of “Power Machines” will install the equipment.

It is planned to put into industrial operation the first energy block of the Belarus nuclear power plant in 2018, the 2nd block – in 2020.
