.SOCAR is going to buy an oil refinery from the Italian Saras Company belonging to the Moratti family, Il Foglio reports. The gossip has gone on for 3 years. On April 15 2013, Saras closed the contract with Rosneft that bought a shareholding of 13% with the plans to enlarge it in the future to 21%. On July 5, Rosneft announced about the agreement for long-term cooperation in oil sphere with SOCAR.
