SOCAR and Rosneft to negotiate on oil reverse via Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline

SOCAR and Rosneft negotiate on possible reversal of Urals oil in the amount of 5 million tons per year via the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline, the SOCAR’s Head, R.Abdullaev reported on Monday.
According to him, the parties negotiate on possible partial transportation of the Urals oil via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, from where it may be transported for the processing at refineries of Italy and Germany, where Rosneft has shares.
