Donetsk region reduces coal production

The Ukrainian Donetsk region has reduced coal production by ½, including coking coal production by ¾, the chief statistic department of the region reports.

In 2012, coal production increased  by 4.9% to 39.8 million tons, having set the record for the last 9 years. However, it has reduced in 2013. In H1 2013, coal production reduced by 6.3% to 21.7 million tons. Ready coal dispatch, including primary coal reduced by 4.6% to 17.9 million tons.
