Cargo turnover of Ust-Luga port increases 1.45 times – to 34.2 million tons for 7 months, oil transshipment increases 2.5 times

In January-July 2013 the cargo turnover of Ust-Luga port made up 34.194 million tons – 1.45 times more than during the same period of 2012, the administration of St. Petersburg sea port reports.

The Transshipment of bulk cargo increased 1.7 times – to 21.312 million tons, including 13.209 million tons of oil (2.5 times growth) and 8.104 million tons of oil products (+13%).

The Transshipment of bulk freight increased by 17% - to 11.104 million tons, including 9.933 million tons of coal and coke (+12% compared to January-July 2012).
