Mini-oil refinery to be built near Nikolaev city

“Trans Ukraine” LLC is about to invest about $50 million into the construction of an oil refinery in the city of Nikolaev near the port “Oktyabrsk”. The deputy Minister of Infrastructure D.Demidovich said.
In particular, D.Demidovich, the head of the Nikolaev regional administration N.Kruglov and the spokesmen for “Trans Ukraine” signed an appropriate memorandum of cooperation.
