In H1 2013, the Irkutsk region increased oil production by 14% to 5.410 million tons, the regional subsoil use management agency reports. The leader in production was Verkhnechonskneftegaz. The Irkutsk oil company extracted 1.3 million tons, and Dulisma NK extracted o.4 million tons.
Gas yield within the period increased by 30% to 1.509 billion cubic m, and condensate production increased to 148,000 tons.
In 2012, the region produced 10 million tons of oil and gas condensate. The whole oil volume is supplied to the ESPO pipeline.
