Gazpromneft receives benefits in the amount of 7 billion rubles for reconstruction of Moscow refinery

The Moscow Mayor's Office has decided to grant benefits in the amount of 7 billion rubles to Gazpromneft for the period of reconstruction at the Moscow refinery.
Gazpromneft will invest not less than 137 billion rubles into the reconstruction of the Moscow refinery through until 2020. In particular, 67 billion rubles will be spent to increase the oil processing depth to 98% and to increase the quality and amount of produced fuel.
