FAS is going to upgrade the Russian gas distribution system

On July 17 2013, the expert council for competition development at the gas markets has held a session headed by the Vice Director of FAS A. Golomolzin. The session was devoted to discussion of accession to gas distribution network.
They discussed the project of the Governmental order ‘About the provision of non-discriminatory access to the Russian gas distribution network’. The project was elaborated by FAS.
