The Parliament of Kazakhstan has ratified the amendments to the agreement with Russia about counter deliveries of oil

The Parliament of Kazakhstan has ratified the protocol about the introduction of amendments to the agreement with between the Governments of Kazakhstan and Russia about counter deliveries of oil and oil products to Kazakhstan closed on December 9th 2010. The protocol about the introduction of the amendments was performed in Moscow on December 24th 2013. The main target of the protocol is execution of liabilities of the Government of Kazakhstan for 2012 – 2013 on counter deliveries of oil in Russia,the loading of the Pavlodar oil chemical plant with Russian oil, and the uninterrupted provision with Russian high-octane petrol and aviation kerosene for the internal market of Kazakhstan in volumes necessary for the covering of their consumption. Kazakhstan does not perform counter deliveries of oil to Russia for oil products supplied to the state since January 1st 2014.
