SOCAR to build oil refinery in Georgia worth $ 120 million instead of urea plant.

SOCAR Georgia Investments, a Georgian subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), instead of the urea plant, construction of which is planned for the Georgian Black Sea Kulevi, will build an oil refinery worth $ 120 million.

According to the statement of the Government of Georgia, an agreement with SOCAR Georgia Investments has been reached.
