Budget deficit will make up 3.3% in 2016 at an annual average price of Urals at $40 per a barrel. Minister of Finance A.Siluanov said, RIA-Novosti reports.
As previously Energy Expert Centre stated, basic scenario of the Ministry of Economic Development considers an annual average price of Urals at $40 per a barrel.
