Gazpromneft-bituminous materials, operator of the bitumen business of Gazpromneft, has completed the main phase of the modernization of the Ryazan bituminous material plant (RZBM). Within the second phase of the works automation of production and creation of a research center are planned. The volume of investments through until 2020 will be 300 million rubles.
