Gazprom to transfer 100% of Gazpromneft Shelf to Gazpromneft within reissue of license for the Prirazlom field

Gazprom’s Board of Directors has made a decision on its termination in its participation in Gazpromneft Shelf, which owns a license for development of the Prirazlom field, the gas monopoly reports.
Gazprom’s Board of Directors also approved the conclusion of contract on sale of 100% of Gazpromneft Shelf with notional value of 1 million rubles to Gazpromneft.
