Kazakhstan is interested in growth of gas re-injection at the Karachaganak

Kazakhstan is interested in the growth of gas re-injection at the Karachaganak gas condensate deposit (the west of the republic) to prolong the period of high production of liquid hydrocarbons at this field, the republic’s Minister of Oil and Gas Sauat Mynbaev stated.

“Today the Ministry and geologists see the further development of the Karachaganak in the increase of the re-injection and, thus, in the growth of liquid fractions production and prolongation of the liquid hydrocarbons stable production period,” – he said during the online conference at the site bnews.kz on Friday.
