Transaction of Rosneft and Morgan Stanley should be admitted by the regulator

The chief of Rosneft I. Sechin says that the oil company awaits e positive verdict from the US regulator about the transaction with Morgan Stanley. The agreement on the transaction was achieved at the corporate level, and now Rosneft awaits the verdict from the US regulator. The transaction on the purchase of the oil trading business of Morgan Stanley by Rosneft should be agreed by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the USA Ministry of Finance. The Committee should try the transaction within 30 days within which it studies any possible risks to the national economy. If they are revealed, the Committee can block the transaction but, actually, it does that rather rarely.
