Surgutneftegaz can voluntarily withdraw from the license for a hydrocarbon sector in the Irkutsk Region. The company made the decision after the geological exploration in 2012. Several small companies can involuntarily lose their licenses for the prospective subsoil sectors due to nonfulfillment of the license agreement.
