Execution of the license for the Trebs deposit is delayed due to juridical reasons, the Vice Premier A. Dvorkovich says.
On February 11, the governmental commission for fuel and energy sector decided to analyze supplementary materials, and to hold absent voting about introduction of amendments to the license granted to Bashneft before, in order to grant an opportunity to develop the deposit to the joint venture of Bashneft and Lukoil, despite lack in uts own oil refining capacities.
