"Rusal", the largest aluminium producer in the world, predicts the deficit in the aluminium market in 2016. At the end of 2015 there had been a surplus of $ 600 thousand tons on the market, CEO "Rusal" Vladislav Soloviev announced on the sidelines of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum.
