Rosneft has come to an agreement with Chinese partners on significant increase of oil supplies to China, the Head of the press center of the largest Russian oil company Vladimir Tyulin reported to journalists on Tuesday, commenting on results of the three-day working visit of the company’s Head Igor Sechin to China.
