Turkmenistan extends raw material source for gas supply to Iran

A gas compressor station has been launched at the Keimir field in the western region of Turkmenistan - the Balkan region; natural gas will be supplied to the gas main pipeline Turkmenistan-Iran.

"This compressor station can pump about 1 billion cubic meters of natural gas to the gas gathering point at the Keimir field, and then it will be supplied to the gas main pipeline Turkmenistan-Iran," - President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov reported to the participants of the opening ceremony.
