Bashneft’s shareholders approved the payment of interim dividends at 45.25 bln roubles

On December 17, the shareholders of OAO “Bashneft” approved the payment of interim dividends for the first 9 months of 2013 in the amount of 45.25 billion roubles at the expense of the company’s net profit of 8.38 billion roubles and part of the undistributed profit of the previous years, amounting to 36.87 billion roubles, is said in a statement of the company.
The dividends will make up 199 roubles per both ordinary and privileged shares. The payments will be carried out in due time, which does not exceed 60 days from the date of taking a decision.
