The Ukraine is going to transfer the advance payment for Russian gas before December 1, the Minister of Energy of the Ukraine Y. Prodan says. It depends on the weather conditions.
The winter plan presupposes gas purchase by the Ukraine from Gazprom necessary for the normal overcoming of winter and provision of gas transit to Europe. Under the evaluation of Gazprom, by the end of October, gas deficiency in the Ukrainian storages was 7-9 billion cubic m.
