The Governor of the Perm region Viktor Basargin and Gazprom’s CEO, Alexei Miller will signed a cooperation agreement on November, 18.
Let’s recall, deputies of the Perm region’s Legislative Assembly decided to grant a tax concession to Gazprom after long discussions at the October plenary session.
