Magnitogorsk metallurgic plant of Rashnikov increases its share in Belona to 95%

MMK of Viktor Rashnikov increased its share in Belon (Belovo, the Kemerovo region) to 95%. The Magnitogorsk metallurgic plant bought 12.77% of the enterprise’s shares on non-exchange market.
“The deal enabled to consolidate a large holding of Belon’s shares and satisfy majority of minority shareholders’ orders on purchase of their shares of the company,” – the manager of the MMK’s press group Alexander Proskuryakov reported.
