Rosneft and Novatek will get financing from National Prosperity Fund if needed

The applications of Rosneft and Novatek for financing from National Prosperity Fund (FNB) will be carried out within the standard procedures, the Minister of Finances A. Siluanov said on Thursday after the session of the Russian Government that agreed the budget deficiency at a rate of not more than 0.6% of GDP within the next 3 years. Mr. Siluanov says that all these decisions about the investing of the money from the fund won’t outstrip the 60% limit of placement of FNB’s money
