The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (KTK) will cope with the increase of oil deliveries from Kazakhstan this year when extraction at Kashagan starts, the Minister for Oil and Gas Uzakbai Karabalin reported on Wednesday.
“Totally, the expanding of KTK lags behind a bit, though by the end of the year they’ll be able to accept a definite amount of oil from Kashagan”, the Minister said.
