Trial and industrial oil production at the Kashagan deposit in Kazakhstan will start not later than October 2013, the Minister of Oil and Gas U. Karabalin says. The project is ready by 98%. The contractors work actively, and the results of equipment testing encourage optimism. They hope for a successful year.
