The construction of a gas pipeline Sila Sibiri will start after the arrangement of the settlement of the main terms of the gas supply to China and signing of the contractual obligations. The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management of Gazprom, V.Markelov said on July 17th, 2013.
“Gazprom is committed to the principle that the gas is to be sold first and only then to be transported. Thus, the construction of the gas pipeline will start only after the reaching of the agreements with the partners, V.Markelov said. The gas pipeline Sila Sibiri is a large scale project, which requires fundamental investments.”
