The assistant to RF President V.Putin A.Belousov has chaired the Board of Directors of Rosneft. Gazeta.ru writes the shareholders have elected Minister of Energy A.Novak, head of the Board of Directors of MBM Bank O.Vyugin and a spokesman for BP G.Quintero to the new Board. The previous Board also kept CEO of Rosneft I.Sechin, head of BP R.Dudley, former seniour vice-president of American ExxonMobil D.Humphreys, managing director of Nord Stream AG (operator of “Nord Stream”) M.Warnig and head of Gazprombank A.Akimov.
